Finished with 15 minutes on the treadmill at an easy pace.

Notes:

The next week is essentially a “Let’s see how it goes getting back into it,” so basically I was testing my maxes on these lifts.

Squats were easy up to 195. I could probably have pressed for a few more pounds, but I’ll hit that next time. Military would have been fails if I went for 4th reps. Rack pulls were fine and could have done a few more sets but fatigue caught up to me by that point.
