Notes:

July 4th so the gym opened late, so three squat racks were in use when I got in. I planned on Military Presses, but switched to Incline Benches to get going sooner and aimed to beat my last lift despite a ridiculously sore chest. Front Squats felt light, so I will shoot for a bigger PR next time around. I went with shrugs for my pull today and more or less needed to figure out how heavy to go and ended up getting to two plates for 8 triples, so not too bad.

Overall, not bad. PR’s on incline bench and front squat today.
