Notes: Squats felt all right; hip is a little sore from the workout. Incline Benches felt pretty strong as well; wanted to hit six triples on it and then do some singles, but after finishing the triples, I didn’t feel like I could max out any further. Shrugs were fun. For the last rep, I held it at the top until failure.
