Hammer Curls

  • 10×20#x4

Dumbell Wrist Curls

  • 50×20#

Notes:

Mini-workout today. The shoulder circuit is basically:

  • 10x front raise
  • 10x lateral raise
  • 10x military press
  • 10xrear delt flye

And you do it straight through with no rest. A light weight ends up feeling pretty tough, but its a good way to get blood into your shoulders. Hammer curls were light and easy. The high rep wrist curls were fun as always.
