Notes: back in action today after the vacation. Going into today, I just wanted to break even with my pre-vacation lifts where I could. I did so on the squat, then dropped a little weight off and did some triples, which is an estimated 1RM PR. For the Military, I felt pretty solid and went for a PR there too, which I got. I haven’t done dumbell rows for some time, so decided to do those. The gym only goes up to 100#, so these will turn into Kroc Rows. I finished off with some assistance work for my biceps and then my grip. Good to be back.
