Notes:

A lot of volume today. The front squats felt pretty strong until the last single. For incline benches, I tied my last lift, but added more singles (previously, I hit the 155 lift twice and then dropped down because I couldnt get a third). Shrugs were good, but got really close to failure on my last set. I wanted some more volume on my back, so did a few sets of t-bar rows. For the Leg Press, I did it like I usually do; load the leg press, lift, load more plates, lift again, etc.
