Notes:

Felt better than I did last workout. Front Squats felt pretty good. Military Press felt pretty good until the 150# lift, so dropped down to a plate and then did two triples. I wanted to test out BTN Presses, so I did a few with an empty bar. Rows felt fine. I am continuing with working on Lat PDs to get to where I can do pullups and got a few extra reps. Leg Press was done finisher style (lift, load plate, lift with no rest otherwise) so I felt a little sick to my stomach when I was done, but this was a good lift.
