Notes: crappy workout. All the racks were hogged by the curls in the squat rack folks, so I just kind of fucked around. I got a PR on incline bench, then got a big jump on the leg press.

In other news, I think I need to incorporate some higher reps into my training. I’ll post soon with an update on that.
