Notes:

Another solid workout. The bench press was fairly easy. The incline press was solid but my lockout felt like the weak point. The preachers were tough all the way through. For the wrist curls, I wanted to get 50 overall reps in as few sets as I could. I will keep the weight the same until I get to 50 reps.
