Notes:

Felt good today as well. The back squat was essentially a true 8RM; on the last rep, I almost fell backwards. Front Squats felt good but was pooped by the end. Leg Presses were strong. I noticed on the leg press machine that an empty press is 103 pounds. I previously assumed it was 45#, so moving forward it will represent the actual weight of the carriage. I worked up to a six plate lift here. Finished with some abs. I felt like I was going to vomit by the end of the workout and my hamstrings were sore throughout from my deadlift workout, but overall, pretty happy with how it went.
