Notes:

Smashed the deadlift target, beating my planned estimated 1RM by 37#. I was planning on doing good mornings again, but there was this gaggle of Odell Beckham wannabes at the squat rack next to me, filming themselves doing quarter squats with 65# weights on a GoPro and flinging weights around on the ground. And as much as I love the real Odell Beckham (Go Blue!), these kids were annoying, so I did GHRs instead. For Lat Pulldowns, I shifted grip width and pronated/supinated around. For cable rows, I wanted to make sure I hit the 140# lift so went with 8 reps instead of 10. Overall, solid workout.
