Thus concludes my first cycle of deadlift. My lifts were:

  • 7×250#
  • 7×265#
  • 4×280#

I ended up beating my planned lifts by an average of 29 pounds.

As for the workout itself, felt pretty good. I hit my deadlift, then decided to my upper back before doing hamstrings instead. I set PR’s on both Lat PD and Cable Rows. Now I feel like I could use a nap.
