Notes:

Nice and easy deadlift day. Continued with the “heavy for a deload, but low volume” deload option for the deadlift. Lots of easy lifts and finished in about 30 minutes. I did wake up this morning with a wicked sore lower back, so I took an epsom salt bath before the gym and it helped loosen it out.
