Notes:

Did really well on the bench press and ended up getting 4 more reps than planned. The incline was a rep PR as well (previous best was 6 at 85#). I dropped the machine press for flyes to get more direct chest work in. Tricep PDs was a PR. I threw in the dips at the last minute as a finisher; I wanted to do 50 reps in as few sets as possible. I did them on a machine because I don’t know if I am strong enough to rep out bodyweight dips.
