Notes:

Pretty decent workout. The gym was closed yesterday when I went to lift because of Labor Day, so just moved yesterday’s workout to today. I think the extra rest helped my side recover a bit. Otherwise, not a PR on the bench but matched by week 3 lift from the previous cycle. Incline DB bench was a PR, as were the flyes and the pushdowns. For the Dips, I am doing it as a finisher (trying to get 50 reps in as few sets as possible) and improved there. Overall, feeling pretty good.
