Notes:

Felt strong on the bench. I borked my form somewhat and didn’t get entirely stable, so I think that left 2-3 reps in the tank. Didn’t feel that strong on the incline press so didn’t want to push too hard. I threw the hammer presses in to get some extra volume since I went light on the chest. Pec deck was the same as last workout. Tricep Pushdowns was a PR.
