Notes:

This is the end of cycle two. This week, we are housesitting for my parents to watch their dog, which means my super old weight set is available to me. Instead of the gym, I’m going to be sticking to the barbell only to get my work in. Squats felt pretty decent. The walking lunges did not; I felt sharp pain in my knee at the end of the 65# set. The good mornings were light and I focused on range of motion. Calf Raises were good too.

The squat is a rep PR, but not a true PR. I’m getting a little concerned that I am not really making as much progress on the big lifts as I would like. I feel like I am grinding my gears a bit.
