Finisher: 1 Handed Farmer’s Walk

Notes: deadlifts felt good and set a PR. High pulls were done to add a little explosiveness to my lifts, so did them to learn the movement; each set felt better than the last. Snatch grip deadlifts felt good, again kept them light so I could learn the movement. Rows and shrugs were good; the shrugs felt light and the rows felt about right. I finished with a farmer’s walk. I only had collars for one bar, so did them suitcase style.
