Notes: felt really good on the bench press today so ended up setting a PR. Incline benches felt strong too and bumped on weight and reps. Decline bench is a new movement, but they felt nice. For the skull crushers, I really focused on lowering the weight really slowly to get a big squeeze in. Overall, happy with this workout.
