Notes:

Deadlift was good and hit a rep PR, but not an all time PR. High pulls weren’t too clean, so I will repeat at 95# next week. For lat pulldowns and cable rows, I focused on squeezing my lats and so held each rep for a 2 count. Shrugs were pretty easy, so I’ll add weight next week. Feeling good.
