The goal of this blog is to document my lifting and my trend towards not sucking. My old blog was here and from a time when my lifts didn’t really suck so much.
Methodology will essentially be inspired by Chaos and Pain, with some changes:
- Going to lift every other day instead of 3 days a week heavy/3 days a week light/conditioning. I will throw conditioning in whenever I feel like it and assistance work (grip, bicep, etc) on main workout days as I feel able
- Diet is going to be paleo with some differences. I am of Northern European descent so I will keep some dairy in my diet and will include some grains. Regardless, it’ll be high protein, high fat, and low carb. Carbs will be a bit higher on workout days and in the mornings.
